Ready to get into GREAT shape?

Boot Camp for Women

Octagon MMA introduces boot camp for women.  This 6-week program is designed to kick start your fitness goals and help you get into GREAT shape!

  • Next start date is being determined
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:45-6:45 am
  • $99 for members; $199 for non-members

*The goal of the class is to provide strength and conditioning workouts. The boot camp will include, on any given day, one or more of the following:

  • Kettlebell training
  • Free weights
  • Medicine balls
  • Swiss ball training
  • Anaerobic/sprint training
  • Body weight training
  • Joint mobility training
  • Flexibility training
  • Functional training
  • Core training
  • Plyometrics
