 2010 Grapplers Quest Tachi Palace Challenge Absolute Black belt  winner, Daniel “Jacare” Ameida will be giving a seminar here this Sunday, 08/29/2010 ~ 3-5pm. The seminar’s emphasis will be on “Winning in Competition”. Techniques instructed on will include:

Ultimate Fighter Season 10 Coach, UFC/Vale Tudo/Wresting Veteran Mike Van Arsdale will be giving a seminar here at Octagon. Mike is a highly decorated Professional Athlete and his resume is second to none. His seminar will be wrestling intensive.

Bruno Bastos earns Bronze @ 2009 NOGI Worlds!

Bruno Bastos earned two Bronze Medals at the 2009 NOGI Worlds competition.

He earned a Bronze Medal in the ‘Black Belt Adult Heavy’ and ‘Black Belt Open Class’ competitions.

Team Octagon’s results at Shoot Boxing Tournament

Team Octagon dominated a recent Shoot Boxing Tournament. The Octagon MMA team, coached by Sayif Saud, attended for the first time with results that make us proud!

Free Cardio Kick Boxing Class

Get in shape and have fun doing it!

Join us for a FREE cardio kick boxing class on the FIRST Saturday of every month. The class is open to both members and non-members. The class runs an hour long, from 10:00-11:00am and will be held outdoors when weather permits.
