Core Fitness classes are designed to improve your strength and endurance in all areas. A mixture of cardio, weights and endurance drills will help you lose weight, tone up, and increase your strength and flexibility.

Open to beginners looking to lose weight as well as more experienced martial artists wanting to improve their strength, everybody can benefit from these classes. Led by experienced trainers, classes are closely monitored to ensure proper form is being followed at all times.
