Muay Thai or “Thai Boxing” is the national Sport of Thailand and has become the style of choice for competitive stand-up fighters in the United States. Referred to as “The Art of Eight Limbs,” Muay Thai uses punches, kicks, elbow, and knee striking techniques. Muay Thai’s intense training requirements allow students to see tremendous gains in their cardio, flexibility, coordination, and overall athletic abilities. Muay Thai requires use of the entire body with every kick, elbow, punch, and block
