This Saturday clinic will cover techniques in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu without the gi, or traditional uniform. Wear comfortable, snug clothing that will allow for plenty of movement. Be prepared to work on your speed and agility, No Gi is fast-paced and fun!

This Sunday morning clinic will cover techniques in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with the gi, or Danger Pajamas. Don’t forget to bring your gi, or borrow one of ours (see equipment rental policy). Wearing a gi is the traditional method of practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Get fit while learning the art of dynamic meditation.
