Fitness coach Xavier James will lead this class in building core strength and stability. Your body will be challenged in a wide range of core exercises from sit-ups to plank and everything in between. This class is open at no additional charge to all members. If you’re not a member, purchase a $15 day pass and stay for a kickboxing or Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class afterwards.
