For children ages 5–13.

Children learn the basics of jiu-jitsu and the principles of respect and strength as they relate to real-life situations. The primary lesson taught is that true strength comes from sincere respect for others.

Classes are taught by head instructor rafael lang.

All children may try the class out for a week completely free of charge.
